Shipping Services & Fees

1. Two Payment Stages

SENZI uses a clear two-stage payment flow. The first payment normally covers product cost, China domestic delivery, and service fees when applicable. The second payment covers international shipping after the warehouse confirms weight, dimensions, route, and final quote.

2. Shipping Estimates

Air and sea shipping times are estimates only. Customs checks, security inspections, route changes, holidays, and carrier delays can affect delivery time.

3. Shipping Price Calculation

  • Final shipping can depend on actual weight, volumetric weight, and route rules.
  • The chargeable weight may be higher than actual weight for large lightweight packages.
  • Admin-controlled route prices are used to calculate the customer shipping quote.
  • Old orders keep their price snapshot so future route changes do not silently change them.

4. Local Delivery

Local delivery is requested after a parcel reaches its destination warehouse and is ready for send-out. Where local delivery collection is available, delivery can be created as pay-on-delivery. SENZI wallet balance is not deducted for parcel local delivery unless a separate supported payment option is explicitly selected in the future.

5. Estimates vs Final Charges

Calculators and public estimates are for planning. Final costs are confirmed only after warehouse measurement, parcel packing, selected route, and admin review.
